We love this crazy cactus for its unusual shape . Opuntia Rubescens Consolea is also known as the Road Kill cactus because of its flat appearance. This plant requires very little pampering to become established. In fact . more die from too much care and watering than from neglect. Make sure you give your Opuntia well-draining soil and lots of sunlight. It's a perfect plant for urban living and a really beautiful and striking plant. 

Low-maintenance and an excellent choice for anyone new to growing houseplants. This plant will thrive as long as it's water only when it's completely dry and kept in a warm and sunny spot.

Water when the top few inches of soil are dry . soak through and leave to drain.
