Cacti are members of the Cactacae family . there are believed to be around 1800 different species. Almost all are native to the Americas. Most cacti live in habitats where there is some level of drought and most are succulents meaning they have developed fleshy parts to store water . in a cactus this is usually the stem. In their natural environment the tallest of cactus can reach 20m tall. These mini cacti make a great gift and are perfect for new plant parents!
